PDFD collaborates with other community agencies and organizations to reduce substance abuse through its coalition efforts.

Dorchester County Addictions Program
Alcohol and drug-free treatment for adolescents and adults. Fees determined by the State’s “Ability-to-Pay Scale,” which is based on gross family income.

Dorchester County Drug and Alcohol Prevention Services (DAPS)
DAPS develop, coordinate and implement the county’s substance abuse prevention plan.

Dorchester Recovery Initiative (DRI)
DRI is committed to helping those seeking and maintaining recovery establish support services such as childcare, transportation, employment, sober recreation, and housing.
